According to witnesses on the scene of this mornings murder suicide at the TRN office located in Downtown Kingston, the couple got into a heated argument which led to the man pulling his firearm killing the female victim on the spot.
The female has been identified as 44-y-o Collette Hibbert, employed to the Guardsman security company, while the male – Paul Martin, was employed to the King Alarm security company.
Persons close to the two claimed that they were having relationship issues for awhile now and the man would frequent his common law wife’s workplace which would lead to arguments.
The diseased male was said to have asked for a few minutes off from his route to head to the TRN office which he used to carry out the bloody act.
Witnesses on the scene said the argument escalated within a matter of minutes and the female victim could be heard screaming out loud while ask if “a really right ya suh you ago do it?”.
Given her comment and the look on her face when she saw the man pull his gun from the holster, witnesses were led to assume that she knew she was about to die.
“It look like is not the first time him threaten to kill her,” said a person who was standing within meters of where the incident took place.
Workers and taxpayers alike were left traumatized at what they had witnessed which led persons to head home immediately while the office was closed off for the day.
