Blood Thursty Teen Stabs Another in Fight at Water Pipe in Portland

Orange Bay, Portland - A teenager is dead and another in police custody following a stabbing incident at Orange Bay, Portland, on Thursday afternoon.

The deceased has been identified as 17-year-old Miguel Osbourne, a student of Forty Acres, Orange Bay, in the parish.

According to the police, at about 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Osbourne and the other teen were at a standpipe in the community when a dispute developed over water.

According to an article from THE STAR, a knife was brought into play and Osbourne was stabbed multiple times. He reportedly fell to the ground clutching his chest. He was rushed to the Annotto Bay Hospital, but died while undergoing treatment.

The suspect, who is also a teenager, is now in custody.

Another teenager has since been apprehended in connection to the incident.
