Nine persons were shot, one fatally, in the community of Common in north-central St Andrew, this morning.
The dead man has been identified as Sanjay Cousins, 32. Three women are reportedly among the injured.
The uproar in mass shootings in the past week questions if the killings are targeted or at random.
