The accused, who will not be named to protect the identity of the children, is charged with two counts of rape, two counts of grievous sexual assault, incest, indecent assault, sexual touching, cruelty to a child, and assaulting female.
It is alleged that between 2009 and 2012, and 2014 and 2023, the complainants, who are minors, were subjected to sexual abuse by the accused. He allegedly touched them intimately, including on their private parts, and kissed them on numerous occasions.
For one of the complainants, the alleged abuse started at age five. It is alleged that, at nights, the accused used to enter her room and lay on top her until he pleasured himself. Allegations noted further that the accused performed oral sex on the girl.
Further allegations noted that, on a night in 2016, the complainant was sleeping in bed with the accused when he woke her up and ordered her to give him oral sex.
The accused was remanded in custody until September 29 when the matter is set for mention.
