Dancehall Entertainer Stylysh Uploads Rude Prego Photos Via Instagram; Due in Weeks

Dancehall artiste Stylysh has been absent from the music scene in recent times, and last weekend she revealed just why. The entertainer took to her Instagram page to share with her 22,000 followers the news that she was expecting her first child.

{xtypo_dropcap}T{/xtypo_dropcap}he deejay, who is expected to give birth in the next few weeks, posted a nude photo of herself lying on a beach with her baby bump clearly visible.

Stylysh, who is currently in the United States, described being pregnant as a wonderful feeling.

"I've been so selfish and excited at the same time, shifting all my focus on this wonderful feeling inside me," the caption on her photo read.

"Since this journey, I've learnt to appreciate women even more, we are truly super heroes and God made us special. Enjoy and create the life you want to live, don't look to the left or right. Look forward, be thankful and smile a lot," she continued.

In an interview with The Weekend STAR the deejay expressed that she has new found respect for women, especially those in the music industry who have had children and are still continuing with their careers.

"We as females are superheroes, especially when you are able to do this (carry a child)," she said, noting that she will be giving birth to a girl. "As females who want to have careers, we are often scared to get pregnant because of the fear that it will end our careers, but it's nothing like that as long as you're a hardworker and you're willing to go get what you want, you can do anything."

But knowing that there would be speculation about who the father of her child is, Stylysh told the new team that the lucky man is no one from the entertainment industry. "The father is not someone in the media," she said, laughing. "We've been in a relationship for quite some years now before this happened and I'm happy."

Although pregnant, Stylysh revealed that she has continued her work in the studio, and is gearing up to release several new singles, including a collaboration with veteran deejay Cobra.

"I've been working, voicing songs, and I have a video to release soon. I am going to start the year with a bang," she said.
